Planning for the Year Ahead

The Annual Faculty Performance Evaluation Form (completed by the department chair/division director/program director or dean in those schools/colleges that do not have departments) and Planning for the Year Ahead documents must be used in all faculty evaluations; the Planning Document Instructions document gives guidance for completing the Planning for the Year Ahead document.
