There are numerous ways to further connect to the community at Baylor University. From employee resource groups to specialized gatherings based on interests, there are lots of places to deepen relationships and widen your knowledge base on campus.

An Employee Resource Group serves our common mission by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace and providing opportunities for faculty and staff to connect with and to support each other. 

Faculty of Color Alliance

The Baylor University Faculty of Color Alliance (BU FOCA) is a group of faculty of color who seek community and an opportunity to address issues of diversity that affect all faculty at Baylor.

Women's Faculty Writing Program

The Women’s Faculty Writing Program (WFWP) seeks to make weekly writing a priority for women at all stages of their careers by providing structure, accountability, and community support.

Women in Science and Engineering

Women in Science and Engineering's (WISE) goal is to support each other, increase the number of women and minorities in STEM at Baylor, and mentor new faculty.

Women's Colloquium

The Baylor University Women’s Colloquium meets once a month over lunch in Penland Hall’s private dining room to discuss to share research, address concerns, and strategize teaching issues related to gender.

Since 1904, Baylor Round Table has fostered an opportunity for women to learn from, connect with, and support one another.
