Research Leaves

A University research leave is a one- or two-semester release from teaching and administrative duties during the academic year. A list of recently awarded research leaves is available on the Office of the Provost's website. 

Grants and Other Funding Opportunities

The Office of the Vice Provost for Research assists faculty members from all academic units in identifying, obtaining, and managing the funding needed to support their research and scholarship.

Big 12 Fellowship Program

To enhance faculty collaboration, the chief academic officers of the Big 12 universities created a Faculty Fellowship Program to stimulate scholarly initiatives. This initiative offers faculty the opportunity to travel to member institutions to exchange ideas and do research. Faculty visits will ordinarily be for two weeks, but longer visits are possible.
