Dining at the McMullen-Connally Faculty Center
The McMullen-Connally Faculty Center offers high-quality, affordable, and nutritious meals served efficiently in an aesthetically pleasing environment. It is open exclusively to Baylor University full-time faculty and executive staff, retired faculty, and spouses of deceased faculty members. Those visiting the faculty center may be asked to provide identification to verify eligibility.
Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Meals are provided to members at a reduced cost. Lunch guests are welcome under the following conditions: Any member may bring one guest, but current Baylor students, both graduate and undergraduate, are excluded from the main downstairs dining room. The faculty center is a professional environment, and all guests should behave accordingly. Faculty members and guests regardless of age, who eat from the soup and salad bar or from the full buffet must pay for the soup/salad bar or full buffet.
The McMullen-Connally Faculty Center has several private dining rooms that may be reserved by university groups for lunch meetings. To reserve one of those rooms, please contact Baylor Institutional Events. To make a reservation in the main dining room, please call 254-710-3432.
Though students, both graduate and undergraduate, are excluded from the dining room, students may dine with faculty in reserved rooms upstairs so long as (1) they do not exceed 25% of the guests in the reserved rooms and (2) they remain upstairs, either ordering from the set menu or choosing items off the buffet upstairs.
