Baylor has moved its faculty activity data from Digital Measures to Interfolio's Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR).

Frequently Asked Questions
FAR is the repository for all your professional teaching activities. A report of the data in FAR is required for use in your annual performance review. It may also be helpful for some grant and award applications.
All your data in DM was migrated to FAR.
You can find it easily on the Office of the Provost website under Resources. From there you can save it as a favorite in your browser for quick access.
You will use your Baylor login credentials to access FAR, but you must choose the Sign in with Partner Institution button.
Log into FAR via Interfolio https://account.interfolio.com/sso
Click Sign in with Partner Institution.
Search for “Baylor University” and select it.
Enter your Baylor username and password (same as email).
Click Log In.
This information is pulled from Ignite. To make edits, log into Ignite and select Career and Performance> Skills and Qualifications > Education to update the information. Once approved by an HR representative, the information will be pushed to FAR during the next scheduled monthly update.
This data is imported directly from Baylor’s BANNER system and is not editable.

The instruction mode is presented from Banner as it appears in the course catalog. Questions about a course’s instruction mode should be brought to your dean/chair.
This data is imported directly from Baylor’s CARA system. It is editable but the official record of your grants remains the information in CARA.
This field is only relevant when using FAR’s web profile feature. We are not using the web profile feature; therefore, the selection in this field is not applicable.
When you click the Add button, select the Select Faculty at Your Institution option. You can search for and select one or more faculty members to be included in your co-author list. By selecting faculty this way, those faculty members will receive a notification in FAR to accept the activity to include it in their activities. They can then edit the activity as they prefer without affecting your original entry. They also have the option to reject the entry.
If you have a student co-author, enter the student’s information in the Activity Classifications section. Select True in the Student Co-Author field, select the student’s level, and type his/her name in the Student Name field. If you have more than one student co-author, enter all the names separated by a comma.
If you have multiple students at different levels, leave the Student Level field blank.
You must be logged into FAR to view an annual report web link. This is to protect privacy, ensuring the link is not accessed by an unauthorized person.
If you are having issues with vita citations not including all information, open the Quick Start Guide and follow the steps shown in Using Legacy Vitas to create your annual report.
Be sure to select the correct date range at the top of the report page. To capture the full year, you can select Winter [year] to Fall [same year]. After changing the date range, click Refresh Vita and save the report.
You likely selected your unit in the Select Unit field. The Select Unit field must remain the default of "University" to see the list of templates in the Select Template drop-down field.
