Academic-Year Faculty Contract Transition

Baylor is beginning a transition from 10-month to 9-month contracts for faculty with academic year (AY) appointments. This will be accomplished by using 9.5-month appointment terms in 2026-2027, and 9-month terms in 2027-2028.
