Annual Faculty Performance Reviews 2024-2025

The annual faculty performance review process will take place from Monday, January 13 to Monday, March 3, and includes the following steps:

1. January 13, 2025- Ignite rating form launches for chairs to begin entry of ratings. 
2. January 15, 2025- Faculty submit summary of activities form to their chairs. 
3. Deadline for chairs to submit evaluations to deans. 
4. Dean feedback due to chairs. 
5. March 3, 2025- Deadline for chairs (or deans in single-department schools) to enter final ratings in the Ignite system. 

Each academic unit sets its own deadlines for steps 3 and 4 within the January 13 to March 3 window, with approval from the Office of the Provost. For deadlines for a specific unit, please contact that dean's office.
