Constitution Day Lecture

This year's Constitution Day lecture is titled “Restoring the Constitutional Integrity of Title IX.” Speaker Elizabeth Kaufer Busch. This address explores the most significant transformations of Title IX made over the life of its existence. Restoring Title IX's constitutional integrity requires not only the formation of good policy but also, and equally, the constitutional and legal requirements of making new policy.
